Design Matters
This seems obvious, but it can be easy to put good design on a lower priority than other business needs. I believe that is a critical mistake that will hurt any business in the long run. Design, UX/CX, analytics and sales should all work together.
We feel design
We can look at a well designed logo or poster and say that it “feels” right. The same is true for any company’s brand. The physical and emotional feelings we have towards a brand are greatly influenced by our design choices.
